PRODUCT DELIVERY
When ordering products, you must provide the delivery address and a contact phone number (if products are delivered in Lithuania, the number must be registered in Lithuania). Delivery can be made in the following ways: we deliver to LP EXPRESS parcel self-service terminals (parcel lockers) or via LP EXPRESS couriers, or to UAB "Omniva" parcel self-service terminals (parcel lockers) or via UAB "Omniva" couriers. The nearest Omniva parcel locker is automatically selected based on the postal code of your residential address (you do not need to choose a locker yourself).

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. From the dispatch date, orders are usually delivered:
- In Lithuania within 1-3 working days.
- In Europe within 5-9 working days.
Please note that the delivery or collection times provided are approximate. While we always strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, sometimes preparation may take longer due to high order volume or the busyness of delivery service providers. The seller will always inform you about the delivery status, so please monitor this information. Once the shipment is dispatched, you can track it using the tracking number in the delivery service provider’s system.
If you notice that the ordered product is missing from the shipment upon receipt, inform the seller immediately.
Products are delivered packaged, considering their nature, to ensure they are suitable for their intended use.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE OR REFUND
Cancellation within 30 days (consumers only)
If you purchase from the e-shop as a consumer (i.e., a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their business, trade, craft, or profession (for personal use)), you have the right to return products or gift vouchers (as long as they are unused) within 30 calendar days from the day you receive the product or gift voucher. This can be done without providing a reason (i.e., exercising your right to withdraw from the distance contract provided by Lithuanian and European Union law).
If you withdraw from the contract, the product must be unused, with labeling tags, in its original packaging, undamaged, and retaining its commercial appearance. We will consider this requirement met if you have only taken actions necessary to assess the product, as you would if you inspected the product in a physical store (e.g., trying on or examining the product).
To exercise this right, you must notify the seller no later than 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product or gift voucher by completing the return notification form and must also inform the seller by email at: info@annika.lt
If you decide to withdraw from the contract, you must promptly, and in any case, no later than 30 calendar days from the day you notified the seller by email, return the products to the seller at Biliūno g. 10-11, 10150 Vilnius, or in the case of a gift voucher – permanently delete the gift voucher and its data. The deadline will be considered met if you send the products before the 30-day period expires. You must cover the costs of returning the products to the seller.
If you withdraw from the contract, the seller is obliged to refund all amounts paid for the product and its delivery to your specified bank account within 14 calendar days from the day you notified the seller by email, but not before the seller receives the returned product (unless the seller decides at their discretion not to wait for the returned product).
Wholesale buyers and other buyers who purchase from the e-shop for non-consumer purposes do not have the right to withdraw from the contract unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing with the seller.
Defective products
Products are subject to the legal guarantee provided by Lithuanian law, meaning the seller is responsible to the consumer for any non-compliance with product quality requirements at the time of delivery and any issues that arise no later than two years from the delivery of the product.
If a product purchased from the e-shop is defective, you have the right to request, in accordance with legal provisions and within specified terms, that the seller either repair the defects free of charge or replace the defective product with a conforming product, and in cases provided by law, request a price reduction or a refund.
If you believe that a product purchased from the e-shop is defective and have identified its defects, you must notify the seller by email no later than two months from the date of detecting the non-compliance, and state your preferred resolution. When reporting a defective product, provide a detailed description of where and when the defect occurred, include photos of the product and defect, and any other relevant information to help identify the defect.
Buyer rights related to defective products are exercised in accordance with the provisions of Articles 6.364(1) to 6.364(3) of the Lithuanian Civil Code.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for the period specified on them. The recipient must use the gift voucher in the e-shop, i.e., to pay for products offered in the e-shop, within the period specified on the gift voucher. If the gift voucher is not used within the specified period, the period will not be extended, the gift voucher will become invalid, and the money paid for the gift voucher will not be refunded.
